Triggering Video Clips with a Guitar!?

We wanted another new challenge here at VDHQ so we thought we’d try an experiment in which
we are using an analogue audio source such as a guitar or the human voice to trigger a
selection of video clips in real time.

These clips are triggered depending on the pitch of the incoming audio signal. For
example, the 12 tones and semi tones in a scale would directly relate to 12 visual clips
within the chosen visual playback software.
